OVEC has an immediate opening for a Floater in our Owen County Center Base Head Start 3 year old classroom located at Owenton, KY. The Floater will assist with providing classroom coverage and maintaining classroom ratios while teaching staff take required breaks. The Floater will provide temporary assistance in the classroom on an as needed basis. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Education and experience working with pre-school children preferred. Position is 3 hours per day, 4 days per week, 132 days annually. Position closes October 1, 2014 or will remain open until filled.
